2011 Scholarship Recipients

Notables Singers Inc. awarded their 2011 Music Scholarships to two high school students – Gloria Bangiola, from Morristown High School, and Jennifer Nicole Soranno, from West Morris Mendham High School. Both of the students plan to further their musical studies when they begin college in September.

Bangiola will be attending the Jacob School of Music at Indiana University in Bloomington, Ind., and plans to eventually use her knowledge of singing and music theory to teach others. Soranno will be attending Belmont University in Nashville, Tenn., and aspires to learn more about songwriting and managing her career with an emphasis in a music business major.

The two received their awards on June 13, 2011, at Ridge Oak Senior Housing in Basking Ridge, N.J., in conjunction with Notables’ performance for the residents.
